Pumpkins and Chalk

Today was Field Trip Day! Becca had a field trip to a local pumpkin farm and Bethany's class participated in "Chalk the Walk" where 3rd graders from Lynden get to draw a fall scene on the sidewalks around town. It was a pretty cold day and a little damp by the end, but it was a lot of fun for me to be able to be with them and I know they'll remember it, too! It's now the end of the day and I'm tired, but everyone is happy, especially after a treat of caramel apple cider that I bought at the pumpkin farm today. Click here to view a bunch of pictures!
