What do you think?

Thursday mornings are early around here...Ed has Bible Study at 6:00 in Lynden, so he's up at 5:05 and I'm up at 5:30 so I can shower before he leaves. In order to be as quiet as a mouse so no children wake up too early, I work on the computer until I can safely move about in the kitchen making lunches and getting breakfast going. So, this morning I messed around with the settings on the blog, which is why it all looks different to you and you probably thought you were in the wrong place. :) Anyway, maybe Ed likes this layout better...he wasn't so fond of the last one.

Update on Aunt Joanne: her surgery was cancelled because there is a spot on her spine. Erik called last night (Wed.) and said that Gordon said the doctors seem pretty sure that it is the same cancer as on her pancreas. She will have to wait until June 1 for a biopsy and then four days after that for results before we know for sure and can progress with any treatment. Please continue to pray.

It's a Small World After All

Here's video of Bethany singing her solo at the CMT recital this past Saturday. (Sarah's will come later). Enjoy!

Prayer Request

We covet your prayers for Ed's Aunt Joanne who will be having surgery on Tuesday, May 20 for pancreatic cancer. It is a long surgery with many risks, though the doctors seem somewhat optimistic that they'll be able to remove it all because they believe the cancer is contained in the top portion of her pancreas. This is a difficult time for the family, especially since it is all happening so soon after Ed's mom's passing. Thank you!

CMT Recital Day!

Sarah & Bethany are all ready to go to their Children's Musical Theater recital which was Saturday, May 17. Don't they look cute? More later...

Trying this out!

Okay, family & friends...here it is! The Ball Family blog! We hope to keep adding stuff as we learn, like videos of the kids, pictures of the kids, notes from the kids...you get the idea! Oh, and hopefully a place for you to leave comments and a way for you to receive a notice when the blog has been updated. We'll see how it goes...
