Christmas Eve Evening

My mom, aka Santa, declared that pictures must be taken before presents may be opened. So after dinner & naps, everyone got all handsome and beautiful and we took pictures! Miraculously, we actually got one we liked quite a bit of the whole group!!

And there were others that were alright, too!

Then it was present time! Woo-hoo! Unfortunately, we had some settings wrong on our camera and try as I might, I can’t edit the “graininess” out of the pictures. Sorry!

My dad built a crib for Kinley. She seemed to really like it! I crocheted a doll blanket, but this picture was taken before she had opened that and she is using one of the doll blankets from the preschool.

Dad built wooden measuring rules for my sisters-in-law and I cut the vinyl for him. They loved the rulers!

Poor Uncle Randy. Didn’t you get what you wanted for Christmas? LOL! Love this picture!

One of Bethany’s gifts to Elias was money for gymnastics lessons so she made up a treasure hunt for him to go all around the house (with gymnast clues) to find the money. I think he thought that was pretty neat.

I sure do miss this sweet thing.
